Really enjoyed our stay, had enjoyable 1 day overall. We had a separate bedroom. And it included a fairly clean bathroom. The staff were both helpful and amicable. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to the harbour. It also was so very close to shops.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was perfect. We loved the activities available, though we wished for more shaded areas outside. A suggestion would be an enclosed dog area for safety. a charming stay!

The rooms are great value and well-appointed with toilet & shower, everything is very good. There is a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges.

The location of this place is fantastic and really easy to navigate around the area. 😊.

We stayed in a superior cabin that had a toilet and shower, which we really appreciated. the cabin also came equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, making our stay convenient. Plus, the location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything that Mackay has to offer.

We had a blast here! the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for family meals. the staff were super friendly and even helped us with grocery shopping, which made things so much easier. There’s a lovely picnic area that we really enjoyed, and it’s a short drive to all the fun Mackay has to offer, including the Aqua Park and beautiful beaches.

There were a couple of things that could use some tweaking. the check-in process was a slight hassle since we had to call for the code rather than receiving it beforehand.

The location, right along a busy highway, made it extremely convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas.

We found the caravan park to be located on the outskirts of the property, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the extra, sized sites were perfect for our caravan and car, with easy access to communal en, suite amenities. the location was close to the harbour and shopping facilities, making it convenient to explore the area. the amenities were clean and well, kept, including the pool, water slide, and kids' play area.

The nearby road noise might be an issue for light sleepers.

Located in a great area, just a short drive away from the town and marina. Clean and spacious park with friendly staff who were always ready to help. One of the best aspects was the saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing. The water park was great for entertainment on good weather days. We loved the breakfast at a nearby restaurant, which was both delicious and affordable.

We stayed in the budget cabin which was very basic, with a broken blind and towel rail. It was inadequate for more than one night, with no games room for bad weather days, and little bench space in the kitchen and bathroom.
